The PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Human CD39 Antibody (A1) offered by Assay Genie is a highly specific and reliable tool for researching CD39, a crucial ectonucleotidase involved in immune regulation and inflammation modulation. This antibody is generated using high-quality materials and advanced techniques to ensure accurate and reproducible results in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. With its exceptional binding affinity to human CD39, researchers can confidently analyze and quantify CD39 expression in various cell types, providing valuable insights into immune responses, autoimmune diseases, and cancer progression.
CD39, also known as ENTPD1, plays a key role in hydrolyzing ATP and ADP into AMP and inorganic phosphate, thereby regulating purinergic signaling and adenosine production in the immune microenvironment. Dysregulation of CD39 expression has been implicated in various pathological conditions, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. By utilizing the PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Human CD39 Antibody (A1), researchers can delve deeper into the functions of CD39 and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in immunology, oncology, and autoimmune research.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
Human CD39 is an integral membrane protein with two transmembrane domains. It exists as a homotetramer. Expression of CD39 is found on activated lymphocytes, a subset of T cells and B cells, and dendritic cells with weak staining on monocytes and granulocytes. CD39 and CD73 have been found on regulatory T cells, specifically the effector/memory like T cells. CD39 can hydrolyze both nucleoside triphosphates and diphosphates. CD39 is the dominant ecto nucleotidase of vascular and placental trophoblastic tissues and appears to modulate the functional expression of type 2 purinergic (P2) G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). CD39 has intrinsic ecto-ATPase activity. Expression of CD39 is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen. Product Details
