The PE-Cyanine5 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody (AD2) offered by Assay Genie is a powerful tool for researchers studying CD73 expression in human samples. CD73, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase, is an important enzyme involved in the metabolism of extracellular nucleotides and adenosine generation, playing a key role in immune response modulation and cancer progression. This antibody, developed specifically for human CD73 detection, is conjugated with PE-Cyanine5, a fluorescent dye with excellent photostability for robust signal detection. With its high specificity and sensitivity, the PE-Cyanine5 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody enables precise visualization and quantification of CD73 expression in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications.
By targeting CD73, researchers can gain insights into its function within the tumor microenvironment, immune responses, and inflammatory processes. The ability to accurately assess CD73 levels in various cell types provides valuable information for studies focusing on immunology, oncology, and therapeutic development.Unlock the potential of your research with the PE-Cyanine5 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody from Assay Genie, facilitating in-depth investigations into the role of CD73 in health and disease.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD73 is a 70 kD glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked 5'-nucleotidase, which is also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase. It converts adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to adenosine. CD73 is expressed on subsets of T and B cells, mesenchymal stem cells, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It has been reported that CD73 costimulates T cell activation, and mediates adhesion of lymphocytes to follicular dendritic cells and endothelial cells.
