The PE-Cyanine5 Anti-Human CD39 Antibody (A1) available at AssayGenie is a vital tool for researchers investigating the CD39 protein, an important enzyme involved in immune regulation and inflammatory responses. This high-quality antibody, optimized for use in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications, specifically targets human CD39 molecules in various cell types.CD39, also known as ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 (ENTPD1), plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses by hydrolyzing extracellular nucleotides. Its impact on immune cells and inflammation makes it a key player in conditions like autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancer.
Understanding the function and expression of CD39 is essential for developing targeted therapies and diagnostic tools for these pathologies. The PE-Cyanine5 Anti-Human CD39 Antibody (A1) from AssayGenie offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise detection and quantification of CD39 in research samples. Whether investigating immune cell populations, evaluating disease biomarkers, or studying immunomodulatory therapies, this antibody provides reliable results for a wide range of immunological studies.

Background:
Human CD39 is an integral membrane protein with two transmembrane domains. It exists as a homotetramer. Expression of CD39 is found on activated lymphocytes, a subset of T cells and B cells, and dendritic cells with weak staining on monocytes and granulocytes. CD39 and CD73 have been found on regulatory T cells, specifically the effector/memory like T cells. CD39 can hydrolyze both nucleoside triphosphates and diphosphates. CD39 is the dominant ecto nucleotidase of vascular and placental trophoblastic tissues and appears to modulate the functional expression of type 2 purinergic (P2) G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). CD39 has intrinsic ecto-ATPase activity. Expression of CD39 is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen. Product Details
