The PE-Cyanine5 Anti-Human CD127 (IL-7RA) Antibody (A019D5) is a cutting-edge research tool designed for investigating CD127, also known as IL-7RA, a key cell surface receptor involved in regulating immune responses. This antibody, meticulously produced for specificity and reliability, is optimized for use in flow cytometry applications with human samples.CD127, a crucial component in the IL-7 signaling pathway, is pivotal for the development, proliferation, and survival of various immune cell populations, including T cells and natural killer cells. Dysregulation of CD127 expression or function has been linked to various immune-related disorders, making it a prime target for exploration in immunology and related fields.
This high-quality antibody enables precise detection and analysis of CD127 expression on diverse cell types, facilitating in-depth investigations into immune system dynamics, autoimmune diseases, and cancer immunotherapy. With its proven performance and suitability for flow cytometry, the PE-Cyanine5 Anti-Human CD127 (IL-7RA) Antibody (A019D5) is an indispensable tool for researchers seeking to unlock the mysteries of immune regulation and its implications in health and disease.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage cells, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be a useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. Studies have shown that CD127 expression is down-modulated on Treg cells. It can be used as a marker for differentiation of Treg and conventional T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cell proliferation and development.
