PE/Cyanine5.5 Mouse IgM, κ Isotype Control [MM-30]
The PE-Cyanine5.5 Mouse IgM Isotype Control (MM-30) antibody from AssayGenie (AGEL2530) serves as a critical tool in flow cytometry experiments, offering researchers a reliable control for their immunophenotyping studies. This reagent, optimized for use in flow cytometry, ensures accurate and precise measurements by providing a baseline for comparison with experimental samples.Designed to mimic the binding specificity of mouse IgM antibodies, the PE-Cyanine5.5 Isotype Control is essential for distinguishing non-specific staining from true-positive signals, enabling researchers to confidently interpret their flow cytometry data.
This control antibody helps in the identification of background noise, facilitating the accurate gating and analysis of immune cell populations. With its exceptional purity and consistency, this antibody ensures reproducible results in flow cytometry assays, making it an indispensable component for immunology, cell biology, and cancer research. The PE-Cyanine5.5 Mouse IgM Isotype Control is a valuable tool for validating staining protocols, optimizing instrument settings, and achieving reliable flow cytometry data interpretation.
