The PE-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody (AD2) offered at assaygenie.com is a cutting-edge tool for researchers delving into the role of CD73, a critical ectonucleotidase enzyme involved in immune regulation and cell signaling pathways. This high-quality antibody, developed for use in flow cytometry applications, specifically targets the human CD73 protein with exceptional sensitivity and specificity.CD73, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase, plays a crucial role in the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to adenosine, a key mediator of immune responses and inflammation. By targeting CD73, researchers can explore its involvement in various processes such as immune cell activation, tumor microenvironment modulation, and anti-inflammatory responses.
The PE-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody (AD2) enables precise detection and analysis of CD73 expression in diverse cell types, offering valuable insights for studies in immunology, oncology, and beyond. This antibody's reliability and effectiveness make it an indispensable tool for investigating the complex functions of CD73 in health and disease. Researchers can leverage its advanced features to unravel the intricate mechanisms underlying immune modulation, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies targeting CD73 in conditions such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory diseases. Uncover new discoveries and expand your research capabilities with the PE-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD73 Antibody (AD2) from assaygenie.com.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD73 is a 70 kD glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked 5'-nucleotidase, which is also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase. It converts adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to adenosine. CD73 is expressed on subsets of T and B cells, mesenchymal stem cells, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It has been reported that CD73 costimulates T cell activation, and mediates adhesion of lymphocytes to follicular dendritic cells and endothelial cells.
