The PE-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD39 Antibody (A1) offered by AssayGenie (Product Code: AB-1052) is a highly specific and sensitive tool for studying CD39, a key cell surface enzyme involved in immune regulation and inflammation. This monoclonal antibody has been carefully validated for use in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications, allowing for precise detection and quantification of CD39 expression on human cells.CD39, also known as ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 (ENTPD1), plays a crucial role in purinergic signaling and immune modulation by hydrolyzing extracellular ATP and ADP. Its dysregulation has been linked to various inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases, and cancer.
The PE-Cyanine5.5 Anti-Human CD39 Antibody (A1) enables researchers to investigate the expression and function of CD39 in different cell populations, providing valuable insights into immune responses and disease pathogenesis.Whether studying immune cell subsets, tumor microenvironments, or inflammatory processes, this antibody offers researchers a reliable tool to advance their understanding of CD39 biology and its implications in health and disease. Trust AssayGenie's high-quality reagents to support your research endeavors and uncover new insights into immune regulation and therapeutic targets.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
Human CD39 is an integral membrane protein with two transmembrane domains. It exists as a homotetramer. Expression of CD39 is found on activated lymphocytes, a subset of T cells and B cells, and dendritic cells with weak staining on monocytes and granulocytes. CD39 and CD73 have been found on regulatory T cells, specifically the effector/memory like T cells. CD39 can hydrolyze both nucleoside triphosphates and diphosphates. CD39 is the dominant ecto nucleotidase of vascular and placental trophoblastic tissues and appears to modulate the functional expression of type 2 purinergic (P2) G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). CD39 has intrinsic ecto-ATPase activity. Expression of CD39 is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen. Product Details
