The PE-Cyanine5.5 anti-human CD127 (IL-7RA) Antibody (A019D5) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the CD127 protein, also known as interleukin-7 receptor alpha (IL-7RA). This antibody, optimized for flow cytometry applications, is specifically designed for use in detecting and analyzing CD127 expression in human samples. By targeting the CD127 protein, researchers are able to gain insights into various cellular functions and signaling pathways involved in immune responses.CD127 is a crucial component of the interleukin-7 (IL-7) receptor complex, playing a key role in regulating T cell development, homeostasis, and function. Dysregulation of CD127 expression has been implicated in various immune-related disorders, including autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiencies.
By utilizing the PE-Cyanine5.5 anti-human CD127 (IL-7RA) Antibody (A019D5), researchers can further unravel the complexities of CD127-mediated immune responses and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for intervention. With its high specificity and sensitivity in detecting CD127 in human samples, this antibody is a valuable tool for researchers in immunology, oncology, and autoimmune disease research. By understanding the role of CD127 in immune system function, researchers can pave the way for the development of novel treatments and interventions aimed at modulating immune responses for various disease conditions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD127 is a 60-90 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as IL-7 receptor α chain or IL-7Rα. It forms a heterodimer with the common γ chain (γc or CD132) which is shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15, and IL-21. CD127 is expressed on immature B cells through early pre-B stage cells, thymocytes (except CD4/CD8 double positive thymocytes), peripheral T cells, and bone marrow stromal cells. CD127 has been reported to be a useful marker for identifying memory and effector T cells. Studies have shown that CD127 expression is down-modulated on Treg cells. It can be used as a marker for differentiation of Treg and conventional T cells. The ligation of IL-7 with its receptor is important for stimulation of mature and immature T cells as well as immature B cell proliferation and development.
