Description
PE Anti-Human CD7 Antibody [124-1D1]
The PE Anti-Human CD7 Antibody (124-1D1) from AssayGenie is a powerful tool for researchers studying CD7, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on human T cells, NK cells, and hematopoietic progenitor cells. This antibody, labeled with phycoerythrin (PE), is specifically designed to target the CD7 protein for detection and analysis in flow cytometry applications.CD7 is a crucial marker for identifying and characterizing T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and other hematological malignancies. By targeting CD7, this antibody enables researchers to effectively study the expression and function of CD7 in various cell populations, aiding in the understanding of T-cell development, differentiation, and disease progression.
With its high specificity and sensitivity to human CD7, the PE Anti-Human CD7 Antibody (124-1D1) is an essential tool for immunologists, oncologists, and hematologists conducting research on T-cell biology, cancer immunotherapy, and hematologic disorders. Trust AssayGenie for reliable reagents that drive cutting-edge research in cellular immunology and cancer biology.

CD7 is a 40 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as gp40. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily found on T cells, NK cells, thymocytes, hematopoietic progenitors, and monocytes (weakly). CD7 is also expressed on acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) and some acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. CD7 crosslinking induces a calcium flux in T lymphocytes, presumably as a result of cytoplasmic domain association with PI3-kinase. CD7 costimulation can induce cytokine secretion and modulate cellular adhesion.
