The PE Anti-Human CD19 Antibody (CB19) offered by Assay Genie is a high-quality reagent designed for research applications involving the CD19 cell surface molecule. This antibody, optimized for flow cytometry analyses, is specifically reactive with human CD19 samples and has been extensively validated for reliable performance. By targeting the CD19 protein, this antibody enables precise detection and characterization of CD19-expressing cells in various biological samples.CD19, a key marker of B cells, plays a crucial role in B cell development, activation, and differentiation.
Its expression pattern and function have implications in various immune-related disorders, making it a valuable target for immunology and cancer research. The PE Anti-Human CD19 Antibody (CB19) provides researchers with a powerful tool to investigate the role of CD19 in immune responses, B cell malignancies, and autoimmune conditions. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it a top choice for studies aimed at understanding the complex dynamics of CD19-expressing cells in health and disease contexts.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.

Background:
CD19 is a 95 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on B-cells (from pro-B to blastoid B cells, absent on plasma cells) and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. CD19 forms a complex with CD21 (CR2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and functions as a BCR co-receptor.
