The OXGR1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB15431) is a valuable tool for researchers studying OXGR1, a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a role in regulating immune responses and inflammation. This antibody is produced in rabbits and shows high reactivity with human samples, making it ideal for studies in immunology and inflammatory disorders.OXGR1 has been implicated in various physiological processes, including the modulation of immune cell function and the regulation of inflammatory pathways. By targeting OXGR1 with this antibody, researchers can analyze the expression and activity of the receptor in different cell types, shedding light on its potential role in diseases such as autoimmune disorders, allergic reactions, and inflammatory conditions.
Validated for use in Western blot applications, the OXGR1 Polyclonal Antibody provides a reliable tool for detecting and quantifying OXGR1 protein levels in experimental samples. Its specificity and sensitivity make it a valuable asset for researchers investigating the mechanisms underlying immune regulation and inflammatory responses.

A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50-150 of human OXGR1 (NP_543008.3).
This gene encodes a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that belongs to the oxoglutarate receptor family within the GPCR superfamily. The encoded protein is activated by the citric acid intermediate, oxoglutarate, as well as several cysteinyl leukotrienes, including leukotrienes E4, C4 and D4, which are implicated in many inflammatory disorders. In mice, a knock-out of this gene leads to middle ear inflammation, changes in the mucosal epithelium, and an increase in fluid behind the eardrum, and is associated with hearing loss. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
