The OSMR Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6681) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the Oncostatin M receptor (OSMR), a member of the cytokine receptor family involved in various biological processes. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and reactivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in immunohistochemistry and Western blot applications.OSMR plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of Oncostatin M (OSM), a cytokine involved in inflammation, cell differentiation, and immune responses.
By targeting OSMR with this antibody, researchers can investigate the signaling pathways and functional roles of OSMR in different cell types and tissues.Research on OSMR has implications for understanding diseases related to inflammation, tissue regeneration, and cancer progression. The OSMR Polyclonal Antibody provides a reliable tool for studying OSMR expression and function, enabling insights into its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes.
Product Name:
OSMR Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

CAB6681
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 100-200 of human OSMR (NP_003990.1).
This gene encodes a member of the type I cytokine receptor family. The encoded protein heterodimerizes with interleukin 6 signal transducer to form the type II oncostatin M receptor and with interleukin 31 receptor A to form the interleukin 31 receptor, and thus transduces oncostatin M and interleukin 31 induced signaling events. Mutations in this gene have been associated with familial primary localized cutaneous amyloidosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Purification Method:
Affinity purification
