The Nucleolysin TIAR Polyclonal Antibody (CAB6075) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the nucleolysin TIAR protein, a crucial player in RNA biology and stress response pathways. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity for human samples and has been validated for Western blot applications. By binding to the nucleolysin TIAR protein, researchers can easily detect and analyze this protein in various cell types, making it an ideal choice for studies in molecular biology and cellular stress response mechanisms.Nucleolysin TIAR, also known as TIA-1-related protein, is involved in the regulation of mRNA translation, RNA splicing, and stress granule formation, making it a key player in cellular response to environmental stressors and cellular signaling pathways.
Understanding the functions of nucleolysin TIAR is fundamental in unraveling the mechanisms underlying cellular stress responses and could lead to new insights into diseases such as neurodegenerative disorders, cancer, and viral infections. This antibody provides researchers with a valuable tool to advance their studies in these important areas of research.
Product Name:
TIAL1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 266-375 of human TIAL1 (NP_003243.1).
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family of RNA-binding proteins, has three RNA recognition motifs (RRMs), and binds adenine and uridine-rich elements in mRNA and pre-mRNAs of a wide range of genes. It regulates various activities including translational control, splicing and apoptosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. The different isoforms have been show to function differently with respect to post-transcriptional silencing.
