The NM23A Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB8802) is a cutting-edge tool for researchers studying NM23A, a protein known for its involvement in cell proliferation, differentiation, and metastasis. This highly specific antibody, produced in rabbits, has been rigorously validated for use in Western blot applications with human samples. It binds specifically to NM23A, allowing for precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types.NM23A, also known as nucleoside diphosphate kinase A, is a multifunctional protein that plays a key role in various cellular processes, including DNA repair and signal transduction. Its dysregulation has been linked to cancer progression and metastasis, making NM23A a promising target for cancer research.
Understanding the functions and mechanisms of NM23A can provide valuable insights into cancer biology and ultimately lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies.By utilizing the NM23A Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (CAB8802), researchers can uncover the intricate functions of NM23A and its role in cancer development, progression, and metastasis. This antibody is a valuable tool for furthering our understanding of NM23A biology and may contribute to the development of targeted therapies for cancer treatment.

CAB8802
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1-100 of human NME1/NME1/NM23A (P15531).
This gene (NME1) was identified because of its reduced mRNA transcript levels in highly metastatic cells. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) exists as a hexamer composed of 'A' (encoded by this gene) and 'B' (encoded by NME2) isoforms. Mutations in this gene have been identified in aggressive neuroblastomas. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Co-transcription of this gene and the neighboring downstream gene (NME2) generates naturally-occurring transcripts (NME1-NME2), which encodes a fusion protein comprised of sequence sharing identity with each individual gene product.
