Description
NLRP3 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB24833)
The NLRP3 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB24833) is a powerful tool for researchers studying the NLRP3 protein, a key regulator of the inflammasome pathway. This antibody, raised in rabbits, demonstrates high specificity and sensitivity for detecting NLRP3 in human samples, making it an essential tool for Western blot applications. By specifically targeting the NLRP3 protein, this antibody allows for accurate detection and analysis in various cell types, making it a valuable asset for studies in immunology and inflammatory disease research.NLRP3, also known as NOD-like receptor protein 3, plays a crucial role in the immune response by sensing danger signals and initiating inflammatory processes.
Dysregulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome has been implicated in various inflammatory conditions, including autoinflammatory diseases and metabolic disorders. Therefore, understanding the function and regulation of NLRP3 is essential for developing targeted therapies to treat inflammatory diseases effectively.Overall, the NLRP3 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB24833) is an indispensable tool for researchers investigating the role of NLRP3 in inflammation and immune responses. Its high reactivity and specificity make it a reliable choice for studies aiming to unravel the complexities of the NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.

This gene encodes a pyrin-like protein containing a pyrin domain, a nucleotide-binding site (NBS) domain, and a leucine-rich repeat (LRR) motif. This protein interacts with the apoptosis-associated speck-like protein PYCARD/ASC, which contains a caspase recruitment domain, and is a member of the NALP3 inflammasome complex. This complex functions as an upstream activator of NF-kappaB signaling, and it plays a role in the regulation of inflammation, the immune response, and apoptosis. Mutations in this gene are associated with familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome (FCAS), Muckle-Wells syndrome (MWS), chronic infantile neurological cutaneous and articular (CINCA) syndrome, and neonatal-onset multisystem inflammatory disease (NOMID). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Alternative 5' UTR structures are suggested by available data; however, insufficient evidence is available to determine if all of the represented 5' UTR splice patterns are biologically valid.
