The NFKBIB Polyclonal Antibody (CAB5777) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the NF-kappa-B inhibitor beta (NFKBIB) protein. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific and reactive with human samples, making it ideal for use in various research applications, particularly Western blotting.NFKBIB is a crucial regulator of the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway, which plays a key role in the immune response and inflammation. By inhibiting NF-kappa-B activity, NFKBIB helps to regulate the expression of genes involved in immune and inflammatory responses.
Dysregulation of NF-kappa-B signaling is associated with various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions. With the NFKBIB Polyclonal Antibody, researchers can effectively detect and analyze the NFKBIB protein in different cell types, allowing for a better understanding of its role in various biological processes. This antibody is an essential tool for studies in immunology, cancer research, and inflammation, providing valuable insights into the potential therapeutic targeting of the NF-kappa-B pathway.
Product Name:
NFKBIB Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
SKU:
CAB5777
Size:
20uL, 100uL
Isotype:
IgG
Host Species:
Rabbit

Human,Mouse,Rat
Immunogen:
Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-356 of human NFKBIB (NP_002494.2).
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the NF-kappa-B inhibitor family, which inhibit NF-kappa-B by complexing with, and trapping it in the cytoplasm. Phosphorylation of serine residues on these proteins by kinases marks them for destruction via the ubiquitination pathway, thereby allowing activation of the NF-kappa-B, which translocates to the nucleus to function as a transcription factor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
