The NFATC1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB1539) is a powerful tool for researchers studying NFATC1, a key transcription factor involved in immune response and cell differentiation. This antibody, generated in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blotting and immunohistochemistry applications.NFATC1, also known as nuclear factor of activated T-cells cytoplasmic 1, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression in immune cells and is essential for the activation of T-cells and B-cells. Its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
By targeting NFATC1, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying immune response and disease pathogenesis. This antibody allows for the detection and visualization of NFATC1 protein expression in different cell types, making it a valuable tool for studies in immunology, cancer research, and beyond. With its reliability and versatility, the NFATC1 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable asset for exploring the complexities of immune regulation and developing targeted therapies.

The product of this gene is a component of the nuclear factor of activated T cells DNA-binding transcription complex. This complex consists of at least two components: a preexisting cytosolic component that translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor (TCR) stimulation, and an inducible nuclear component. Proteins belonging to this family of transcription factors play a central role in inducible gene transcription during immune response. The product of this gene is an inducible nuclear component. It functions as a major molecular target for the immunosuppressive drugs such as cyclosporin A. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Different isoforms of this protein may regulate inducible expression of different cytokine genes.
