Description
NFATC1 Monoclonal Antibody [PAT1C3AT] (CPAB0566)
The NFATc1 Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0566) is a vital tool for researchers studying NFATc1, a key transcription factor involved in immune cell activation and differentiation. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards human samples, and is validated for use in Western blot applications.NFATc1 plays a pivotal role in mediating immune responses, particularly in T cells and B cells. It is a critical regulator of cytokine production, proliferation, and differentiation of immune cells, making it a target of interest in immunology and cancer research.
By targeting NFATc1, researchers can gain insights into various immune processes and potentially develop targeted therapies for immune-related disorders and cancers. With its ability to detect NFATc1 protein in different cell types, the NFATc1 Polyclonal Antibody is an invaluable tool for studying the role of NFATc1 in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis. Researchers can use this antibody to further understand the mechanisms underlying immune cell function and explore potential therapeutic interventions in various immune-related conditions.

Background: | NFATC1 is a component of the nuclear factor of activated T cells DNA-binding transcription complex. This complex consists of at least 2 components: a preexisting cytosolic component that translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor (TCR) stimulation, and an inducible nuclear component. Proteins belonging to this family of transcription factors play an essential role in inducible gene transcription during immune response. NFATC1 is an inducible nuclear component. NFATC1 functions as a major molecular target for the immunosuppressive drugs such as cyclosporin A. Different isoforms of NFATC1 may regulate inducible expression of different cytokine genes. |
