The NF-kB p65 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for researchers studying NF-kB signaling, a critical pathway involved in inflammation, immunity, and cell survival. This antibody, produced in rabbits, specifically targets the p65 subunit of NF-kB, a key regulator of gene expression in response to various stimuli. With high reactivity to human samples, this antibody is validated for use in Western blot applications, enabling researchers to detect and analyze NF-kB p65 in different cell types.
Its versatility makes it ideal for studies in immunology, cancer research, and inflammatory diseases.NF-kB signaling is implicated in a wide range of human diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. By targeting the p65 subunit, researchers can gain insights into the mechanisms underlying disease pathogenesis, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting NF-kB signaling.

NF-kappa-B is a ubiquitous transcription factor involved in several biological processes. It is held in the cytoplasm in an inactive state by specific inhibitors. Upon degradation of the inhibitor, NF-kappa-B moves to the nucleus and activates transcription of specific genes. NF-kappa-B is composed of NFKB1 or NFKB2 bound to either REL, RELA, or RELB. The most abundant form of NF-kappa-B is NFKB1 complexed with the product of this gene, RELA. Four transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
