The NF-?B2 Monoclonal Antibody is a powerful tool for researchers studying the NF-?B2 protein, a key player in the regulation of immune responses. This antibody, generated in mice, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for detecting NF-?B2 in human samples, making it ideal for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.NF-?B2, also known as p52, is a critical component of the NF-?B signaling pathway that mediates immune and inflammatory responses. Dysregulation of NF-?B2 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
By targeting NF-?B2, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially develop targeted therapies. The NF-?B2 Monoclonal Antibody from AssayGenie is a reliable tool for investigating the role of NF-?B2 in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis. Its high specificity and sensitivity ensure accurate and reproducible results, making it a valuable asset for studies in immunology, oncology, and inflammatory disease research.

This gene encodes a subunit of the transcription factor complex nuclear factor-kappa-B (NFkB). The NFkB complex is expressed in numerous cell types and functions as a central activator of genes involved in inflammation and immune function. The protein encoded by this gene can function as both a transcriptional activator or repressor depending on its dimerization partner. The p100 full-length protein is co-translationally processed into a p52 active form. Chromosomal rearrangements and translocations of this locus have been observed in B cell lymphomas, some of which may result in the formation of fusion proteins. There is a pseudogene for this gene on chromosome 18. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
