Description
NCOA7 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB23949)
The NCOA7 Monoclonal Antibody is a valuable tool for research involving NCOA7, a nuclear receptor coactivator known for its role in gene transcription and cellular signaling pathways. This antibody, generated using hybridoma technology, specifically targets NCOA7 in human samples and is validated for use in various applications, including immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.NCOA7, also known as steroid receptor coactivator 3 (SRC-3), is a key player in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in hormone-responsive tissues such as the breast and prostate.
Its involvement in hormone receptor signaling makes it a potential target for studies on endocrine-related diseases, including breast and prostate cancer. By detecting and quantifying NCOA7 levels, researchers can gain insights into its function and potential therapeutic implications in these disease contexts.Overall, the NCOA7 Monoclonal Antibody is a valuable resource for researchers looking to explore the role of NCOA7 in gene regulation and hormone signaling pathways, paving the way for advancements in cancer research and endocrine-related disorders.

Nuclear receptors for steroids, thyroid hormones and retinoic acids are ligand-dependent transcription factors that activate transcription through specific DNA binding sites in their target genes. NCoA-7 (nuclear receptor coactivator 7), also known as ESNA1 or ERAP140, is a 942 amino acid nuclear protein that enhances nuclear receptor transcriptional activities and coactivates several nuclear receptors including PPARG, ESR1, THRB and RARA. Highly expressed in brain and weakly expressed in pancreas, bladder, ovary, spinal cord, prostate, mammary gland, ovary, uterus and stomach, NCoA-7 is a member of the OXR1 family and contains one LysM repeat and a TLD domain. This antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the N-terminal of human NCOA7 protein.
