Description
NBL1 Monoclonal Antibody [PAT38G8AT] (CPAB0590)
The NBL1 Polyclonal Antibody (CPAB0590) is a vital tool for researchers studying the NBL1 protein, which plays a key role in the regulation of bone growth and development. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the NBL1 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of NBL1 in various cell types, making it ideal for investigations in bone biology and related fields.
NBL1, also known as neuroblastoma suppression of tumorigenicity 1, is essential for normal bone formation and is involved in processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation. Its significance in bone growth regulation makes it a valuable target for research into skeletal disorders, osteoporosis, and bone-related cancers. Understanding the function of NBL1 is crucial for the development of potential therapies aimed at manipulating bone growth and repair processes.

Background: | Neuroblastoma suppressor of tumorigenicity 1 (NBL1) is a part of the evolutionarily conserved CAN (Cerberus and DAN) family of proteins, which contain a domain resembling the CTCK (C-terminal cystine knot-like) motif found in several signaling molecules. NBL1 is a is a tumor suppressor of neuroblastoma and takes part in preventing cells from entering the final stage (G1/S) of the transformation process. NBL1 is produced in small neurons of the dorsal root ganglion. The expression of NBL1 is triggered by MATH-1. |
