The Mouse Yes-associated protein 1 (YAP1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and precise tool for detecting YAP1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed to deliver accurate and reproducible results, making it an invaluable resource for various research applications.YAP1 is a key protein that plays a pivotal role in cellular proliferation, organ size control, and tissue regeneration. Dysregulation of YAP1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.
As such, measuring YAP1 levels can provide valuable insights into these diseases and potentially aid in the development of therapeutic interventions. With its superior performance and versatility, the Mouse YAP1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying disease pathology and identify novel therapeutic targets.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
