Mouse Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Complementation Group C (XPC) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Xeroderma Pigmentosum Complementation Group C (XPC) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise detection of XPC levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell lysate samples. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.XPC is a vital protein involved in DNA damage recognition and repair, particularly in the context of UV-induced lesions. Mutations in the XPC gene are associated with the development of xeroderma pigmentosum, a genetic disorder characterized by extreme sensitivity to sunlight and an increased risk of skin cancer.
Therefore, the measurement of XPC levels can provide valuable insights into DNA repair mechanisms and the pathogenesis of related diseases. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Mouse XPC ELISA Kit is an indispensable tool for researchers studying DNA repair pathways, skin cancer biology, and other related fields. Upgrade your research with accurate XPC measurements using this high-quality ELISA kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
