Mouse Uncoupling Protein 1, Mitochondrial (UCP1) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Uncoupling Protein 1 (Mitochondrial UCP1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to accurately measure levels of UCP1 in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research purposes.UCP1 is a key protein involved in thermogenesis and energy metabolism, particularly in brown adipose tissue. Its role in regulating heat production and energy expenditure makes it a critical target for studying obesity, diabetes, and metabolic disorders.
By accurately measuring UCP1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into these conditions and explore potential therapeutic options.Overall, the Mouse UCP1 ELISA Kit provides a reliable tool for studying the metabolic functions of UCP1 in mouse models, offering valuable data for further research and drug development efforts.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
