The Mouse Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of tyrosine hydroxylase levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and consistent results for various research applications.Tyrosine hydroxylase is a key enzyme involved in the synthesis of catecholamines, such as dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. It plays a critical role in the regulation of neurotransmitter levels, impacting various physiological processes such as mood regulation, motor control, and stress response.
Dysregulation of tyrosine hydroxylase has been linked to several neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease and schizophrenia, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) ELISA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to accurately measure tyrosine hydroxylase levels in mouse samples, facilitating insightful investigations into the role of this enzyme in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
