The Mouse Tryptophan Hydroxylase 1 (TPH1) ELISA Kit is a high-quality assay designed for the precise measurement of TPH1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and accuracy, ensuring consistent and reliable results for various research experiments.Tryptophan Hydroxylase 1 is a key enzyme involved in the synthesis of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays a crucial role in regulating mood, behavior, and cognition. Dysregulation of TPH1 has been implicated in various psychiatric disorders, including depression and anxiety, as well as in gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome.
By accurately measuring TPH1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the underlying mechanisms of these conditions and potentially develop novel therapeutic strategies. The Mouse TPH1 ELISA Kit provides a valuable tool for studying the role of this enzyme in health and disease, advancing our understanding of serotonin signaling pathways.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
