The Mouse Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4) ELISA Kit is a reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate quantification of TLR4 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high specificity and precision, this kit provides researchers with consistent and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for a variety of experimental studies.TLR4 is a key receptor involved in the innate immune response, playing a crucial role in detecting and responding to pathogen-associated molecular patterns. Dysregulation of TLR4 signaling has been linked to various inflammatory diseases, making it a valuable target for therapeutic interventions.
By measuring TLR4 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response and potentially identify new strategies for combating infectious and inflammatory conditions.Overall, the Mouse Toll-Like Receptor 4 (TLR4) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying immune responses and inflammatory pathways in mouse models, offering researchers a reliable method for characterizing TLR4 expression levels and exploring its role in various disease processes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
