The Mouse Toll-Like Receptor 1 (TLR1) ELISA Kit is a comprehensive tool for the accurate measurement of TLR1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of research applications.TLR1 is a critical component of the immune system, playing a key role in recognizing and responding to pathogen-associated molecular patterns. Its activation triggers the immune response, leading to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and antimicrobial peptides.
Understanding TLR1's function is essential for studying immune responses and developing novel therapies for infectious diseases and inflammatory conditions. The Mouse Toll-Like Receptor 1 (TLR1) ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating TLR1's role in the immune system and its potential as a therapeutic target. Its accuracy, sensitivity, and reproducibility make it a reliable choice for studying TLR1 biology and its implications in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
