The Mouse Toll-like Receptor 2 (TLR2) ELISA Kit is a specialized tool for the quantitative measurement of TLR2 levels specifically in mouse samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its superior sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.TLR2 is a key component of the innate immune system, playing a critical role in the recognition of pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and initiation of immune responses.
Dysregulation of TLR2 signaling has been linked to various inflammatory diseases, infections, and autoimmune disorders, making it a valuable target for studying immune responses and developing targeted therapies.Overall, the Mouse TLR2 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for studying TLR2 levels in mouse models, advancing our understanding of immune responses and potential therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
