The Mouse TGF-Beta3 (Transforming Growth Factor Beta3) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for accurate measurement of TGF-Beta3 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for various research applications.TGF-Beta3 is a key cytokine that regulates cell growth, differentiation, and immune responses. It plays a critical role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, wound healing, and immune regulation. Dysregulation of TGF-Beta3 has been linked to a range of diseases, such as cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potentially discovering new therapeutic approaches.
The Mouse TGF-Beta3 CLIA Kit from AssayGenie provides researchers with a reliable and efficient means of quantifying TGF-Beta3 levels, facilitating in-depth analysis of its functions and implications in different disease states. Trust in this kit to deliver accurate results and contribute to advancing your research efforts.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TGF-β3. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TGF-β3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TGF-β3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TGF-β3. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TGF-β3 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
