The Mouse TGF-beta1 (Transforming Growth Factor beta1) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of TGF-beta1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This CLIA kit offers high sensitivity and accuracy, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.TGF-beta1 is a key regulator of cell growth, differentiation, and immune response, and aberrant TGF-beta1 signaling has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune disorders.
By accurately measuring TGF-beta1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into disease pathology and potentially identify novel therapeutic targets.Overall, the Mouse TGF-beta1 CLIA Kit is an essential tool for studying the role of TGF-beta1 in health and disease, offering researchers a reliable and efficient method for quantifying TGF-beta1 levels in mouse samples.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TGF-β1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse TGF-β1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse TGF-β1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse TGF-β1. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse TGF-β1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
