Mouse Suppressors Of Cytokine Signaling 1 (SOCS1) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Suppressors of Cytokine Signaling 1 (SOCS1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative measurement of SOCS1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and precise results for your research needs.SOCS1 is a key regulator of cytokine signaling pathways, playing a critical role in modulating immune responses and inflammation. Dysregulation of SOCS1 has been implicated in a variety of diseases, including autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and cancer.
By measuring SOCS1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into disease pathogenesis and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.Whether investigating the function of SOCS1 in immune regulation or exploring its potential as a diagnostic marker or therapeutic target, the Mouse SOCS1 ELISA Kit provides a reliable and easy-to-use solution for your research needs. Upgrade your research today with this cutting-edge ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
