Mouse Solute Carrier Family 30, Member 6 (SLC30A6) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Solute Carrier Family 30 Member 6 (SLC30A6) ELISA Kit is a reliable and sensitive tool for the detection of SLC30A6 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue lysates. This kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for a variety of research applications.SLC30A6 is a member of the solute carrier family, involved in the transportation of zinc ions across cellular membranes. Zinc is an essential element for various biological processes, including cell growth, immune function, and wound healing.
Dysregulation of zinc transporters, such as SLC30A6, has been linked to conditions like diabetes, neurodegenerative disorders, and immune dysfunction.By measuring SLC30A6 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into zinc homeostasis and its implications in health and disease. The Mouse SLC30A6 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for studying the role of zinc transporters in physiological and pathological processes, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
