Mouse Solute Carrier Family 30, Member 1 (SLC30A1) ELISA Kit
The Mouse SLC30A1 (Solute Carrier Family 30 Member 1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative detection of SLC30A1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.SLC30A1 is a key member of the solute carrier family, responsible for the transport of zinc ions across cell membranes. This protein plays a crucial role in maintaining zinc homeostasis and is involved in various cellular processes, including immune function, insulin signaling, and neuronal development.
With its ability to accurately measure SLC30A1 levels, this ELISA kit is an invaluable resource for researchers studying zinc transport mechanisms, exploring the role of zinc in disease pathways, and investigating potential therapeutic targets. Trust in the Mouse SLC30A1 ELISA Kit for robust and reliable data that can advance your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
