Mouse Selectin Endothelium (Sele) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise quantification of selectin endothelium levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable tool for various research purposes.Selectin endothelium, also known as Sele, is a key protein involved in the process of inflammation by mediating the adhesion of leukocytes to the endothelium. This protein is crucial in various inflammatory conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases.
Therefore, measuring selectin endothelium levels can provide insights into the pathogenesis of these diseases and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. The Mouse Selectin Endothelium (Sele) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of selectin endothelium in inflammatory processes and seeking to understand its implications in disease pathology. With its high reliability and accuracy, this kit is a valuable asset for advancing research in the field of inflammation and immune response.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
