The Mouse Stromal Cell-Derived Factor 1 (SDF-1/CXCL12) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool meticulously developed to quantitatively measure SDF-1/CXCL12 levels in a wide range of biological samples with exceptional accuracy and precision.
SDF-1, also known as CXCL12, is a crucial chemokine protein that plays a pivotal role in diverse cellular processes such as cell migration, survival, and angiogenesis. This versatile protein is a key regulator in various physiological and pathological conditions, including immune responses, stem cell mobilization, and cancer progression. By detecting and quantifying SDF-1/CXCL12 expression, researchers can gain valuable insights into its involvement in inflammatory responses, tissue repair mechanisms, and disease pathogenesis. Understanding the intricate functions of SDF-1/CXCL12 is essential for elucidating its impact on cellular behaviors and for exploring novel therapeutic strategies targeting this chemokine axis in different diseases. The Mouse SDF-1/CXCL12 ELISA Kit by Assay Genie offers outstanding sensitivity and specificity, enabling researchers to generate reliable and reproducible data for their investigations. Manufactured under rigorous quality control standards, this kit ensures robust performance and user-friendly protocols, making it an excellent choice for researchers conducting cutting-edge studies in the fields of immunology, oncology, and regenerative medicine. Partner with Assay Genie's SDF-1/CXCL12 ELISA Kit to uncover the intricate roles of SDF-1/CXCL12 in cellular processes and disease pathophysiology, paving the way for innovative research discoveries and therapeutic advancements.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse SDF-1/CXCL12. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse SDF-1/CXCL12 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse SDF-1/CXCL12, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse SDF-1/CXCL12. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse SDF-1/CXCL12 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
