Mouse sCD14 (Soluble Cluster of Differentiation 14) ELISA Kit
The Mouse SCD14 (Soluble Cluster of Differentiation 14) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of SCD14 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.SCD14 is a key protein involved in the immune response and inflammatory processes. It plays a critical role in innate immunity by binding to bacterial lipopolysaccharides, triggering immune responses and modulating inflammation.
The measurement of SCD14 levels is important for studying immune system function, inflammatory diseases, and infectious conditions in mouse models. With the Mouse SCD14 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently measure SCD14 levels in biological samples, gaining valuable insights into immune responses and inflammatory pathways. This kit is a valuable tool for investigating various disease states and developing potential therapeutic interventions.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse sCD14. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse sCD14 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse sCD14, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse sCD14. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse sCD14 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
