Mouse Protein Kinase, DNA Activated, Catalytic Polypeptide (PRKDC) ELISA Kit
The Mouse PRKDC (Protein Kinase, DNA-Activated, Catalytic Polypeptide) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of PRKDC levels in mouse samples including serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and consistent results for a variety of research applications.PRKDC is a key protein kinase responsible for DNA repair and maintenance of genomic stability. Dysregulation of PRKDC has been linked to various diseases including cancer, immunodeficiency, and premature aging.
Therefore, accurate measurement of PRKDC levels is crucial for understanding its role in disease progression and developing targeted therapies. The Mouse PRKDC ELISA Kit provides a valuable tool for researchers studying DNA damage response, genome stability, and related pathways in mouse models. With its high performance and easy-to-use format, this kit is a valuable asset for investigating the functional significance of PRKDC in physiological and pathological conditions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
