Mouse Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 Ligand 1 (PDCD1LG1) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 Ligand 1 (PDCD1LG1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and reliable detection of PDCD1LG1 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.PDCD1LG1, also known as PD-L1, is a key protein involved in regulating immune responses by binding to its receptor, PD-1, and suppressing T-cell activation. Dysregulation of the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders, highlighting the importance of measuring PDCD1LG1 levels for understanding disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic interventions.
The Mouse PDCD1LG1 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the role of PD-L1 in immune regulation and disease progression, offering insights into potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets. With its high performance and ease of use, this ELISA kit is an essential resource for advancing research in immunology and oncology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
