The Mouse PP (Pepsin) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of pepsin levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.Pepsin is an enzyme that plays a key role in the digestion of proteins in the stomach. Abnormal levels of pepsin have been associated with conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies.
Overall, the Mouse PP (Pepsin) CLIA Kit from AssayGenie is a powerful tool for researchers looking to study the role of pepsin in mouse models and further our understanding of digestive disorders.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse PP. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
