The Mouse Postn (OSF-2, Periostin) CLIA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the accurate detection of mouse Postn levels in various biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for studying the role of Postn in various biological processes.Postn, also known as osteoblast-specific factor 2 (OSF-2) or Periostin, is a key protein involved in tissue development and repair. It plays a crucial role in regulating cell adhesion, migration, and survival, making it an important biomarker for studying various diseases and conditions, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and bone disorders.
With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Mouse Postn CLIA Kit offers researchers a reliable and reproducible method for quantifying Postn levels in biological samples. This makes it an ideal tool for a wide range of research applications, including investigating the role of Postn in disease pathogenesis and identifying potential therapeutic targets.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse POSTN/OSF-2. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse POSTN/OSF-2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse POSTN/OSF-2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse POSTN/OSF-2. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse POSTN/OSF-2 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
