The Mouse PDGFD (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-D) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure PDGFD levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable asset for a variety of research applications.PDGFD is a key signaling protein that plays a critical role in promoting cell growth and division, as well as in regulating blood vessel formation.
Dysregulation of PDGFD has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker.By utilizing the Mouse PDGFD CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of PDGFD in health and disease, paving the way for further advancements in understanding and treating these conditions.
This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PDGFD. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PDGFD and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PDGFD, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse PDGFD. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PDGFD in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
