The Mouse PDGF-AA (Platelet Derived Growth Factor AA) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay developed for the quantitative measurement of PDGF-AA levels in various biological samples. PDGF-AA is a potent growth factor that plays a critical role in cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation, particularly in processes such as tissue repair, angiogenesis, and embryonic development. Accurate quantification of PDGF-AA is essential for elucidating its role in modulating cellular responses and tissue regeneration. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a precise tool to quantify PDGF-AA concentrations, enabling detailed investigations into the signaling pathways and biological functions associated with PDGF-AA.
Our Mouse PDGF-AA ELISA Kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for your research needs. Manufactured under strict quality control measures, this kit delivers reliable performance and user-friendly protocols, making it an excellent choice for studying the biological effects of PDGF-AA in various experimental settings.
This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PDGF-AA. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PDGF-AA and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PDGF-AA, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse PDGF-AA. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PDGF-AA in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
