The Mouse PAP-Plasmin Anti-Plasmin Complex ELISA Kit (MOES01365) is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure levels of the PAP-Plasmin Anti-Plasmin complex in mouse samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of applications. The PAP-Plasmin Anti-Plasmin complex is an important component in the regulation of fibrinolysis, playing a key role in maintaining the balance between clot formation and dissolution. Dysregulation of this complex has been implicated in a range of diseases, including thrombosis, hemorrhage, and cardiovascular disorders, highlighting its significance as a biomarker for studying these conditions.
With the Mouse PAP-Plasmin Anti-Plasmin Complex ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently measure and analyze levels of this complex in serum, plasma, and other biological samples, facilitating further investigation into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially leading to the development of new therapeutic strategies.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PAP. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PAP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PAP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse PAP. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PAP in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
