The Mouse PAP (Plasmin-Antiplasmin Complex) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of PAP levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying fibrinolysis and blood coagulation in mouse models. The Plasmin-Antiplasmin Complex, composed of plasmin and its inhibitor antiplasmin, is a key player in the regulation of fibrinolysis and clot formation.
Dysregulation of this complex has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including thrombosis, liver disease, and inflammatory disorders. Therefore, the Mouse PAP CLIA Kit serves as a valuable tool for investigating the role of PAP in these diseases and developing targeted therapies.Overall, the Mouse PAP CLIA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for quantifying PAP levels in mouse samples, furthering our understanding of fibrinolysis and its role in disease pathology.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PAP. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PAP and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PAP, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Mouse PAP. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PAP in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
