The Mouse Osteonectin ELISA Kit is specifically designed for quantitative detection of osteonectin levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity to ensure accurate and consistent results, making it an excellent tool for researchers in the field of bone biology. Osteonectin, also known as secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC), is a key extracellular matrix protein involved in bone mineralization and remodeling. It plays a critical role in regulating bone formation and turnover, making it a valuable biomarker for studying bone diseases and skeletal disorders.
With easy-to-follow instructions and a simple workflow, the Mouse Osteonectin ELISA Kit provides a convenient and efficient way to measure osteonectin levels in biological samples. Researchers can confidently use this kit to advance their understanding of bone metabolism and explore potential therapeutic interventions for bone-related conditions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
