Mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y5 (NPY5R) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y5 (NPY5R) ELISA Kit from AssayGenie is a valuable tool for researchers studying the role of NPY5R in various biological processes. This kit offers accurate detection of NPY5R levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.NPY5R is a key receptor involved in neuropeptide signaling, playing a crucial role in regulating appetite, energy balance, and stress responses.
Dysregulation of NPY5R has been implicated in conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and anxiety disorders, making it an important target for therapeutic intervention.Whether investigating the molecular mechanisms of NPY5R signaling or evaluating potential drug candidates targeting this receptor, the Mouse NPY5R ELISA Kit provides the essential tools for advancing your research. Trust AssayGenie for high-quality, reliable assays to support your scientific endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
