Mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y1 (NPY1R) ELISA Kit
The Mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y1 (NPY1R) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and accurate tool designed for the detection of NPY1R levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for various research applications.NPY1R is a key receptor involved in the regulation of neuropeptide Y signaling, influencing various physiological processes such as appetite, stress response, and cardiovascular function.
Dysregulation of NPY1R has been linked to various diseases, including obesity, anxiety disorders, and cardiovascular conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Mouse Neuropeptide Y Receptor Y1 (NPY1R) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers studying neuropeptide Y signaling pathways and their impact on health and disease in mouse models.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
