Mouse NACHT, LRR and PYD Domains-Containing Protein 3 (NLRP3) ELISA Kit
The Mouse NLRP3 (NACHT, LRR, and PYD domains-containing protein 3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of NLRP3 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research applications.NLRP3 is a key component of the innate immune system, playing a critical role in inflammatory responses and the regulation of immune signaling pathways. Dysregulation of NLRP3 has been linked to various inflammatory disorders and autoimmune diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies.
By utilizing the Mouse NLRP3 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of NLRP3 in disease pathogenesis and explore potential therapeutic interventions to modulate its activity. This kit provides a reliable and efficient method for the quantification of NLRP3 levels, enabling researchers to advance their understanding of immune responses and inflammatory diseases in mouse models.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
